Thread: I never dream, but when I do... it's shopping centers, sundays, and me

What I can say is that the impression from this dream still lasts, and it's been a couple of days now. I rarely dream, and when I do dream, I often forget the dream a few minutes after waking up. I don't know why this one won't go, and I don't really believe in dreams having meanings, but perhaps subconsciously, the brain would like to make a point. I don't know what that could possibly be, hence, I am here, asking you.

I come inside the local shopping center near my apartment, and I am trying to buy daily items, but nothing is open. In the distance, I can see an escalator. It seems to be working, and I can see a man move on to the escalator and come down from the floor above to the floor where I am. He seems to be a maintenance worker, and after a short period of time, he stands in front of me. I ask him where I can find a shop where people are working. He responds by saying something along the line of 'people are not working for this is a Sunday' and then all of the shops of the shopping center open at once, and I see the same man behind the counter in every place. For some reason, I did not find this to be strange, but rather, in the dream it seemed natural. I remember buying items from him in one of the shops, and when I left the center, I seem to realize that the sun is at the same place as where it had been when I came. Then some dream magic happens and without even walking back inside, I am standing in front of the man like the first time, but this time I ask him regarding the sun. He responds by saying that the Sunday is not going to pass for a long time and that he will be working in all of the shops in the place of the regular workers during this time. He did not say anything about how long "a long time" is, but in the dream, I perceived it as longer than my entire life, that is the best way I can describe it.
