Thread: Share your dream from last night in one sentence

kind of weird night, some recall easy, some hard, some time awake, make it back to sleep, late morning jumbled recall

(early morning)
+ playing (real, not wacky) pool/billiards, planning shots, start to play a tournament game against a guy who moves fast, he double-taps his first shot after break, I call him on it, referees, me and spectators get in a long technical discussion about the legality of the shot

+ watching HS GF getting (un)dressed while pretending to sleep, later call her over, she brings a Japanese guy, then 2 Japanese girls, they sit on my bed, I say a word in Japanese which startles and shocks them deeply, can't remember how to say "I/my" in order to say "my name is" in Japanese, I'm really upset I can't remember

(later morning)
+ ex GF SB living in my old college rental house, laundry has turned purple, the laundry is outdoors at the frat house, is it done or still dirty?

+ hiding NSFW magazine from people who come into my room, they keep asking "What's THAT!?" I keep saying "NOTHING!"

+ weird sequence about thinking about making out with a girl floating down a hallway, I'm sort of in control?, because I'm dreaming?, people ask her what her problem is but I know she's dreaming...?

+ the famous doctor is leaving for Europe (who's going to help the dreaming girl above?) but allows us to use his extensive library

+ in some hall, people are saying goodbye, aren't they going to say it to me? I pull out a reed (there's a bit taken off of one corner), have some trouble putting it on my instrument, but I do, then I play a bunch of fast scales to really impress the audience while they're filing into the hall.

That was awesome. It was at night, all dark in what seemed to be a small town. I was walking with someone, I don't remember who, tho. I looked at the sky and saw a shooting star, and another, and another. It was full of shooting stars at the same time, and it was something outstandingly beautiful, it felt like an inner part of myself knew that night was something important.

Holiday in Cyprus.

Admiring the beaches, the clouds feathered around the clear azure sky as I head to a bouncy school. It bounced and bounced as I watch from the top floor, the neon fireworks the teachers so kindly display for us pupils.

I just re-remembered that in the last few days I've had two seperate dreams where I've woken up mid-sentence, one involving my truck somehow and the other concerning a rainbow in the sky.

+ in a car with important document, my trunk has popped open but I'm not dressed

+ Vladimir Putin shoots the hijacker on his ship

+ live computer diagnostic overlay of the internal systems in a car

Drove with a friend to another friend's wedding, friend ran 3 red lights and got hit by a car, but we still made it to the wedding, which was oddly sports themed, with the bride and groom dressed up like volleyball and football players.

Yes, it's a run-on sentence, but it's one run-on sentence.

-Went to the Reader's Digest Museum which had a life-size replica of a Greek city and couldn't decide whether it wanted to be Barnes and Noble, Hobby Lobby, or Walmart

I initially woke with no dream memories at all (oh darn, a no recall night!?), but with patient probing I recalled all this:

+ on a roadtrip, at a gas station, with map, hear guys talking about location, get confused, go ask for directions inside, the guy tells me about the road conditions

+ observing a commercial for lip cold sore medication liquid: close up of slightly chubby college kids making out deeply

+ in a restaurant, observing, walking from table to table, appreciating the food there ("nice sizzling meat platter!"), one guy blows me off, I get really mad, we'll fight?

+(f) out front a building, they're installing a mail stop?

+ playing my instrument, skilful scales up and down, play a long high-A, the G to B-flat trill key mechanism is stuck, I show this to a guy, after rehearsal I'm walking through the band and dodging a trombone player who's walking and still playing

then I had a late morning WILD:

+ (lucid #65) play with a lightsaber (best yet), looking for Sensei (doesn't show up), fly over beautiful city/landscape, over a football field with a game in progress, and decide to go check out the cheerleaders.

I was a young guy by the first name of Sherlock and my circle of friends was always teasing me when I would finally start solving crimes, with that name - and I started, a convoluted story with a boy being blackmailed and used by a drug-cartel to steal guns for them - didn't solve it, though - alarm clock went off...

Extremely rare for me to dream of being male - if I had been lucid, I'd have explored that further - shame, sort of - no sex, only crime.

Man - sort of good that we watched them all now, BBC Sherlock - been interfering with my dreaming practice and my actual dreams...
Sort of sad, too.

A very musical dream where I belted some german opera and Lover Boy by Queen, but it was nonlucid.

CanisLucidus: slap me and you know why

I was trying to run along the highway in the snow but there was far too much air resistance, and on the way back my sister was there and we saw a man in a suit walking a huge fluffy kitty on a leash.

I remember multiple dreams of being late, with the clock always at 21min after.

There was also a dream involving much tongue-kissing, a dark green TBird like my dad used to have, and at the end there was a joyful sing along to the intro of "Rockin' Robin"....then more smooching.

Right before I woke up I recall a bizarre fragment involving shoeboxes somehow and the cast of Full House (+extra siblings) using prowess in videogames to determine who should be in charge of the family.

The Jihadist claimed be had a bomb but I grew suspicious when the detonation app on his phone showed ads but I was still scared to do anything and angry at myself for being a pussy.

+ saturday at the dentist, big crowds, long lines, they're installing icons in the corridors

+(f) a cow is tossing me around a room

+ hey that looks like Tribes, I explain why it's the most awesome game while watching, then I'm flying in on a jet pack 1st person alongside a well-organized red team in the middle of bringing back the captured green flag

+ I'm using my computer, it's all white, I have difficulty typing "sync" on they keyboard, try it twice.

+ (vivid, long) they dug entrances under our apartment destroying our kitchen and built underneath: a beauty parlor, a sushi restaurant, an investment company, and a cafe underneath us, wife complains to the polish delegation and I join her, then she does yoga in public while I'm embarrassed and holding her up when she does a headstand, I explore a camping store underneath (knives, calculators, technology-lock-puzzles)

+(f) drying my hair with a hair dryer at a sink, a girl comes up and asks about a survey(?) I almost forgot my ear buds

+ guy pushing in through door as I open it, he's meeting someone already in the house, he's parked in that spot around the corner, a guy sits on the floor, someone asks "what's your problem with this guy" I answer "no problem" (but I don't like that he burst in).

+ red snacks ("breakfast of champions, eh?") ("I get hungry!"), red clothed guy in the bringup lab, they have not prepared well for bringup and I say this

+(f) ruined USB key will they be able to get the data off of it even if I destroy it by reconnecting the tiny wires?

+ laptop on the bed, it's covered in unbelievably deep levels of fuzz and dust from the blankets, I brush it off then cover the laptop in the blankets.

There was some sort of suitcase on the table and a gateway to another world in the window. I peed on both of them.

I just looked at my dream journal once and saw an entry written in sloppy handwriting that I had forgotten about:

"I was in North America with a tribe of Indians and there was a prophecy by a magma man we were supposed to find Olympus 1 and 2 but we ended up stealing shit from a gas station instead".

When I read the word "Indians" I remembered a fragment of the dream: my friends were airbenders, but they were from the water tribe (Avatar:the last airbender).

I saved up 600$ and was super excited to buy a Mac computer but then woke up with no money and no Mac.

After the first wipe, I was tempted get on raid channel and tell the pugs not to get into melee unless they were geared and specced for tanking, but I realized that rogues would also need to be in melee range, so instead I typed, "Please don't get into melee unless you're sure you will survive."

We've just rented an apartment in the last floor of a building, and I was playing with my little kid in the hallway with a ball until it hit our new neighbor's door who came out in towels to give me a stuffed jester.

+ I'm given a responsibility I don't want and something goes wrong and the police want to arrest me, endless paperwork appears to bail myself out, where to I need to go? when? why? Can I get out of it?

I was a Jedi named "Azuma" who began to realize that there was a mutual attraction between me and my longstanding Sith rival (a guy who resembled Nathan Explosion from Metalocalypse) when we were about to be assigned on a joint mission in which the Republic and the Empire, in a rare show of cooperation, was sending a combined four-person team of two Jedi and two Sith to infiltrate the DeVries Diamond Company, whose base was located in the western American plains, to thwart their genetic experimentation on horses, because it was causing protests in Africa where horses were both an important cultural symbol and highly placed in the continental government.

(Phew, that was hard to get down in one sentence!)
