Thread: Binaural Beats

I went through a several month stint with binaural beats. My friend told me about this thing called idoser, which is just a program to load up different styles of binaural beats that can produce different effects. They can range from getting rid of headaches to making you feel like you are floating. There was one in particular, The Hand of God, which made me feel like my head was going to explode! It was pretty intense. There are others that claim to produce lucid dreams before you go to sleep, but I really think it's just a placebo effect. I used that one frequently before going to sleep and found that I was remembering my dreams a lot better but lucidity was not attained any easier. I would normally lie down on my couch in the dark with headphones (headphones are essential!!), and focus on the shifts in the beats and try to clear my head. It takes some time to get used to but it pays off! I hope this helps you!
