Exclamation How well would this work to assist in lucid dreaming?

Lucid dreaming is a task that proves very difficult to me, and once I succeed I want to do something that will greatly assist me in this area. My plan is, once I enter my next lucid dream, I will say something like "Sub-conscious of mine, please spawn yourself in my dream, I wish to talk about something". Once my SC (or as I like to call it, SeeC (sounds like 'Seek")) appears, I will give him/her a list of tasks to do every time I enter a dream. This list will include:

      1. Make me aware that I am dreaming.
      2. Stabilize the dream, and keep it stabilized.
      3. Stretch my perception so I get the most dream time as possible in one nights sleep.
      4. Constantly prevent me from losing lucidity.

How well would this work? This would be a direct way to train your brain to do whatever you want, and would basically work in such a way like an extreme MILD, but for every night without putting much effort or thought to it. What do you guys think?

Is this the same thing as a dream guide? I really don't know, because I've only heard a brief definition of what a dream guide is supposed to be. I don't have much practice, but this sounds to me like it might work. Of course, you'd have to really convince your subconscious to do this, and that can be difficult or just require a good technique.

A dream guide is just a powerful DC that assists you in doing cool things in your lucid dreams, and your sub-conscious is a part of your brain that basically has all power over the mind and body, but doesn't really use that power unless it sees fit.

And I don't see anyway that it can't work. Because if you successfully convince the biggest influence of how you work to assist you in something in your mind, it could be done.

If you haven't had a LD, I don't think it would be easy your first time. It couldn't hurt to try though once you get more consistent.

Start off with something small, try to master stabilizing the dream before doing something this complex.

I have had Many lucid dreams before, but a very long time ago. I am starting to work on regulating my sleep schedule and such. And in the last week I had a few times where I got close. I just want to put an extra little push in my mind to help me. If this does work then it would work as a reliable way to have alot of lucid dreams without doing any technique that is supposed to induce lucid dreams.

And I will definantly post about how well this works.

Oh, and number 5. Allow me to remember every little detail upon awaking.
