Work on being mindful, aware, and really stop to question whether you're dreaming or not; simply making RCs a routine isn't often enough for DILDs. Once you get the hang of being aware, though, it's a good way to become lucid. Also try WBTBs if you haven't yet; they can be very helpful in terms of inducing LDs. |
