Set your alarm for 04h00 and then go outside, look at the moon and do a few reality checks.

Try a DEILD... if you can get the hang of them they're surprisingly easy and successful.

What I would suggest (what I do!) to almost everybody is the WILD technique.

May I also suggest bineural beats to relax your mind beforehand so you won't have any troublesome dreams
Remember. Even just a second of a bad thought could turn the dream into a nightmare.

Lol, the number of times this question has been asked.

It all depends on the person. The best thing to do, is to find out which method suits you best. As for finding out the methods, "Indeed" is indeed correct, check out the wiki.

Try them all out a couple of times and try focusing on the one that's showing results, whether it's WILD, DILD, MILD, VILD, CAN-WILD etc.

Work on being mindful, aware, and really stop to question whether you're dreaming or not; simply making RCs a routine isn't often enough for DILDs. Once you get the hang of being aware, though, it's a good way to become lucid. Also try WBTBs if you haven't yet; they can be very helpful in terms of inducing LDs.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I'm working on MILD, DILD, and attempting DEILD.
My three lucids have been from mild+dild, but I guess it varies from person to person, as these guys have said.
I don't think wild is my thing.
