why do some forum users never return?

      Hi!

im new to this forum and also to the concept of LD, which i think its a pity for a 24yo man

anyway, i noticed that many forum users who claimed very sucess with LD never post again after being very active in the forum for 2-4 years in some cases. what happened?

ok, its perfectly fine of course...time is such an important thing...but does disapointment with LD have any role here ? lack of motivation ?

im still trying my 1st LD but if it proves to be such a great thing and fun i think it will be hard for me to never post again ( learning, sharing, even teaching something)

what do you think? ( id like to ask them but they are gone )

      happy NY

They may drift away from LDing or just from DV because of Life, but many of them return, sooner or later. Don't think it's because of disappointment. If you put in the work, LDs don't disappoint.

Yeah, as gab said they are prolly busy with some other things, i find it impossible to be disappointed by LD'ing or anything.

You can get disappointed if you try really hard on everything and it still doesn't work. then comes the lack of motivation/Disappointment but most of the time if your a beginner you will have your first LD Rather quickly jsut by becoming interested in the topic (i know i did). That LD itself was enough to motivate me because it was so amazing and real. That first LD will definitely motivate you to want more.
