For those of you who struggle with dream recall, I've created a new video, a short mental exercise/meditation that you can use each morning. It works on the associative nature of memories in order to "fish for dreams".
Sometimes a little extra focused effort can really pay off. Of course, developing dream recall is one of the first and most important steps when you're trying to learn to lucid dream.
