If the person knows they are dreaming when they are in the dream, they are lucid. It's as simple as that. They don't need to have control over the dream or anything. Just need to think to themselves, "hey I'm dreaming" or something similar. |

OK, so in order to do my research, I need some test which measures if person has LD or not (for those who don't know what LD is). Does anyone know if something like that exist? |

There exists a scientific study done that measures if a person is in a LD. |

Yeah, I am aware with that research, but the problem is I need questionnaire. I want to give it to people who perhaps don't know what LD is but they have them. So I need to find questionnaire that has questions which can make distinction between lucid and non-lucid dreamers. |

Naiya said it. But let's put it in the form of a survey question: "Have you ever been asleep and in the midst of a dream when you realized that you were dreaming?" A "yes" means they have had a lucid dream. "No" means they have not. |
