      No lucid dream last night. Didn't sleep too well. I tried my best!

      I did intentionally incubate a dream though for the second night in a row. I'm getting better at that! I incubated a couple of dreams last month too. I should look into increasing that skill.

      Whenever I go to bed and want to be lucid I say "I will become lucid"to myself and think about what kind of dream I want to have. Reading dream journals and things about lucidity sometime in the day also guarantees it. So I'm sure my chance has just now boosted to a 85% chance after posting on this thread. However,what time I go to bed will really determine whether I become lucid or not.
