Ambien = Zolpidem Tartrate = No Lucid dream

I began taking Ambien for insomnia and my lucids (ove a week average) are gone. I do not even remember my dreams. Last night I forgot to take it and I have a succession of non lucid dreams , all of them very

vivid.

I take Ambien on work nights. It does lead to very good sleep. Perhaps too good of sleep. You can still have very good LDs if you sleep for a ninth hour. The drug will have worn off and you should get serious REM between the 8th and 9th hour. You can also look into taking a half tablet. The stuff is way too strong really and in the US they suggest women never take 10 mg (the standard dose) because it is so strong.

I never sleep more than 7 hours. Normally, just 4. Last night I did not take zolpidem, ....I waked up at 2:35 .... At 4 am I was still awake. After that I have a lucid dream but I barely could see anything. It lasted 2 minutes more or less.
