Those are normal sensations we experience as our body falls asleep. That is not SP. SP starts only after we start to dream, and by then we can't and don't care to tell if we are in SP or not, because we are lucid dreaming. Booyeaaah! |

For a long time I've had some problems lucid dreaming. I understand that I shouldn't move and just trick my body into falling asleep, but when I do I enter sleep paralysis. The only problem with this is instead of my breathing becoming slower, my heart speeds up and my chest starts to hurt. I can't figure out how to dream without this happening, so does anyone have some advice? |
