How many times do you lucid dream and what do you dream about?

Like what do you mostly dream about and how often do you do it?

I'd say about the rate I'm going at now, maybe 2 LDs a month and I expect better from me In most of my LDs, I usually start off in my house and everything is dark and also outside is dark, and I go on my road to do some cool powers and everything or maybe go to a place I've never been to, it's cool

My lucid frequency is dependent on practice, the natural rate being one LD every couple of months. Last winter I had 2-3 LDs per month since I was practicing. After that I stopped practicing and the rate gradually dropped down to 1 per two months. Started practicing again in December (2015) and had 3 LDs (1 DILD, 2 WILD), and in January joined DV and had since 3 DILDs and 2 WILDs. Tend to lose lucidity in the WILDs fairly quickly due to falsely waking up even if I maintained lucidity into the dream (never had such tendency as a teen, or last winter), but the DILDs are becoming better and longer the more I practice LDing. So for now in January I have (at least) 10 times my natural LDing rate. I dream about everything - from gross, scary and annoying stuff to beautiful, peaceful and empowering. When it comes to lucid dreams - most of my DILDs start at my bed (FAs, even if I don't perform WILD before) or at least in my house. Lately having at least one FA per night, most of which follow my WILD attempts - but I usually miss them and don't become lucid. In my LDs I usually have a feeling of what the dream wants me to do. Usually I follow that feeling instead of trying to fight it and have "total dream control", but on the way I explore smaller control possibilities like superpowers (flight, super speed, teleportation), interesting conversations with DCs, etc.

About 10 LDs per month here... it varies widely though and Im now at my best rate ever. Before, when I first started practicing it was 1 LD per week tops... I dream a lot of the things I am interested in at the moment, so for now I dream a lot about spiritual things...
