      Quit weed, remember dreams.

Since rededicating myself to LDing, I quit smoking. Over the last week I've slowly started to remember a lot of my dreams again. I haven't been lucid in a few months, so I'm excited to see where this leads. The only downside is that it's taking me forever to fall asleep at night, lol.

Sweet! I wonder if others have the same experience?
Try some melatonin. It always takes me a while to fall asleep but when I take melatonin I fall right asleep

It's a known phenomenon that smoking marijuana inhibits REM sleep and lowers the intensity/frequency of dreams. I think it gives you very deep sleep, but less dreamy.
      Hope it works for you!

Personally back when I used to use marijuana I actually induced some lucid dreams from it, everyone is different so to each their own. If it gave you positive results then power to you mane!
