      WILD / Sleep paralysis

      Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis and loud sounds inside your head while trying to fall asleep consciously (WILD) ?

      Not so much SP, but definitely loud sounds, and on a couple of occasions I also experienced very severe vibrations like an earthquake. Not really frightening, just took me by surprise. On occasions like that I do find it very difficult not to snap back out to being fully awake.

      I have a similar feeling just before entering WILD. It almost feels like I'm being pulled out of my body but it feels nice! Very strange sensation!
