      Need some insight.

I decided to relax a bit try to take a nap/meditate or something.I know it sounds weird.Lets just say i was relaxing lying on my back listen to pure binaural beats(the simple ones not the ones mixed with melodic music). This happened 4 hours after my final waking for the day. After i relaxed i had my hands crossed on top of my chest. And here is what happened.I started feeling my hands getting numb after a point. And after my hands my whole body became numb and i couldnt feel it.After that numbness feeling.I gradually started to feel like i was levitating and it was like getting pulled upwards from my natural body.It is hard to explain. After 2-3 seconds it felt like i was 90% seperated from my natural body and like floating over my body.I know it is weird. But then my heart started racing like crazy.I wanted to stay there because i thought i might have a WILD but the heart race thing made everything to stop after 5 secs or so.My question is:Was this a WILD transition to a dream state? From what i've read in this forum it seemed to me like it was.Any ideas?

This might and might not have been a WILD transition. As you're falling asleep, you can experience a variety of sensations like this, but just because you're falling asleep doesn't mean you're entering a dream. If you're not sure whether the sensations you're experiencing signals that you're entering a dream, you can do a motionless reality check to figure it out.

Some people believe that out of body experiences are different from lucid dreams and to be honest im not sure but i did try an out of body experience before and it worked.
I may still and felt myself go numb maybe sleep paraylisis and then once i was numb i litrally got out of bed with ease amd when i opened my eyes i was still in my room but i was also free from my body or lucid and off i went flying ect.
Sounds like an OBE tbh or maybe like dolphin says it could be a wild.... =)

I'd say it was a WILD transition, as my own transitions feel similar to the way you've described yours. The heart racing can be a problem, but the more you get used to sensations, the more you'll be able to contain your excitement.
