dont know what to do next

Has anyone ever had the experience of becomeing very deeply asleep and becomeing very clearly aware and not know what to do next. During some of my best lucid intervals I cant decide what to do next....so many choices...should I streak at the mall, suduce my boss....I always choose flying eventually, or swimming with dolphins

I've had the same trouble deciding what to do many times. Usually I end up exploring my dream and touching and looking at everything. That or trying to improve my skill at dream powers. Powers like telekinesis, teleportation, walking on water, swinging like spiderman, etc.

Right now I'm trying to dreamscape. I find it hard sometimes in a dream to remember options for things to do. You really have to have a desire inside to do something in particular. Try deciding what to do before you go to sleep, look forward to getting a chance to do it. Maybe that will help, it works for me sometimes.

      dreamscapeing

I'm actually just starting to be able to dreamscape, but most of the time it's not specific. The other night I just wanted a beautiful place and a atmospere that was beautiful to me appeared.

What dreamscaping means is having a dream with someone else so that a real person is in your dream with you, and you in theirs.

I do things i do awake just with alot more confidence and freedom. It seems normal to forget what to do once lucid.

dude that so works. if you really desire with all your heart to do something in a lucid dream, that's the only thing you will do. cuz i wanted to lucid dream so i could fly, and when i finally did lucid dream...that's all i could do before i woke myself up.

      OH MY

Let me get this straight. On your first time of lucid dreaming, after you were done flying, YOU WOKE YOUR SELFUP.

Why don't you try shapeshifting into either an animal or fictional creature? Do it in front of a mirror.

Beleive me there are some times when you want to wake up

Hmmm I never changed into my dragon form in front of a mirror, could be insteresting... Though I dont know if I will see anything, my vision kind of whites out for a moment when it happens.

I never thought of shapeshifting before. That is a really cool idea. Once I turned one of my dream characters from a man into a woman. It took several tries. Has anyone been able to conjure up someone they wanted to see in a dream? I don't know how to interact with someone specific without searching them out and finding them. I'd like it if I could just turn around and they'd be there.

      what to do in dreams...

Flying is cool, but the options are really limitless... I also enjoy dreamscaping (not the "traditional" definition, Zwishenzug). Which to me, means creating the landscape in your dream -like a painting, only in 3D. Instead of "landscaping" I dreamscape... I also have a lot of superhero type dreams. In these, I practice supernatural stuff like shooting lasers from my eyes, emitting flames or ice from my hands, exercising telkinesis etc. etc. (sigh). My most prized and wonderful are the dreams where I create music, most notably music that is worshipful to God.... choirs of angels join me as we sing to The Most High...

I find new creatures to morph into by coming across them in my dreams (usually in my Dark City). My favorite animal to utilize for fighting is what I call a Garm. It is a cross between a bear and a pit bull. It came out of a fog and surprised me during a dream (cause I didn't create it). As it came toward me I quickly changed myself into a bigger version of it and snatched it by the nape of it's neck with my teeth. Once I change into something the first time I can do it easily thereafter. The lion (my power animal) is also a favorite. Running on all fours take somwe getting used too.

      Yep

I have thought about shapehifting alot too. seems like it would be cool. And now that I know ya'll have tryed it I'm even more phyched about it. I personally have alot of "animals" in my drawings that I would love to shape shift to. but yeah, As soon as i LD regularly I'm sure i'll have tales of my own.
