Thread: I Had A False Awakening??

Ok So recently i have been saying this line "I will wake up in my dream"
and aparrentlly it promotes FA's.
so This Morning/Last night (i didnt know what time it was.)
i opened my eyes and there was a black figure with black smoke steaming off him
he kicked a shoe or shoes into my room.
i was too tired to notice i was dreaming.
was i???
i have been doing mild aswell.

Btw it wasnt Sleep paralisis because i could move
