      First Lucid Dream

I had my very first Lucid Dream. I was on my old street and it was night time. I did a reality check by counting my fingers and I didn't see them. I knew right away that I was dreaming. I didn't try to maintain it or nothing. I went straight into trying to fly. First I flapped my arms but nothing happen then I jumped and I started to flip down the street and I lost control and my lucid dream was ruined. It lasted a few seconds and now I'm going to practice how to maintain it.

Congrats on your first lucid dream! Flying is pretty advanced in a lucid dream. I would imagine that I was wearing a jet pack & just jump off of the ground & start flying, rather than flapping my arms which is harder. Also, I would start with simpler activities that remind me that I'm dreaming such as looking at myself in a mirror or teleporting (visualize where you want to go & jump & spin around).

I had my first one today too. Mine was only about 2 or 3 minutes, but I found that touching things and spinning help tremendously in staying the the dream.

My first ld happened when I got that my hair wasn that long. I have short hair. So I did every reality check i read on this site without thinking which one to choose from n I got a feeling it would b the first& last lucid dream. I decided to turn into a griffin n battle monsters. The dream was fading n i wasn calm at all. I flew burned them down looked at my body. Half lion half hawk. I turned around to escape the remaining monsters n without knowing I was stabilizing the dream. Talked to my subconscious n it ( I ) said I dun exist :/ tho I was shown a big picture of moon n Sun together. Kept me wondering till now.

      Second One

I had another one last night. At first it didn't feel like a dream cause everything was looking normal in my room. BUT the scene was grayish a little bit. So as I normally do of things feel weird I did a reality check. My nose was pinched and mouth was closed but I still could breathe! Then when I walked in the next room it was like the people who was sleeping there wasn't there! Then it was getting blurry so I rubbed my hands together and things came back to sense. Then I touched the chair because it was blurry too and it help. I tried teleporting but nothing happened so I was shot into another dream.

Looking in a mirror can b scary however I didn expect to see anything awful. when I looked in the mirror i saw a white eyed witch with green orcish teeth. I was like what IS that thing? I will never ever try *that* again!!
