      Becoming lucid from writing

It's been proven that writing things down helps you remember them much more easily and sort of notifies your subconscious. So, if you write down something along the lines of, "I will have a lucid dream tonight", I bet this will give you an LD. I did it once and it worked (could be a coincidence, though). I think it would work the way MILD does, only possibly even better since you're writing it down. Would some of you be willing to try this out? I certainly will.

This technique has worked for me, and is a favourite of mine if I get desperate.
Deep in the human unconscious is a pervasive need for a logical universe that makes sense. But the real universe is always one step beyond logic.

It is a fine idea. I would write it many times while focusing intently on it. It should work as well as any mantra type routine.

There has been at least a very popular thread here about this practice, but i can't find it back for you...
You can find lots of information about " writing induced lucid dream"
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
