I typically journal my previous dream, often typing it with eyes closed (but not lately) (sometimes I eat more supplements) (sometimes I visualize, sometimes recite goals, sometimes mantra)

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.

I write key words of my dream and sometimes watch youtube videos while at bed. Then I go back to sleep while using MILD.

I'm basically in the middle of attempting to induce one, now. Gonna browse the forums a bit before going back to bed. I have a previous dream entry to type up in my journal, but I think I'll do it later (key words are already logged). Usually I will stay up for anywhere from 15 minutes to about 45-60, depending on what time I wake up. (The earlier I wake up, the longer I can stay up and know that I'll still be able to get back to sleep for a while. I was often either write in my dream journal, read the forums or watch (or play) some sort of media that might help work my mind into a fantasy-type of dream scenario.

      What I do during WBTB.

      1. Build a basic plan for what I want to accomplish during the lucid dream.

      2. Meditate about 30 minutes.

      3. Take supplements if I had decided to use any that day.

      4. lay down, ideally on a mild incline.

      5. Proceed to do the rope, latter, and other techniques.

Usual time awake before returning to bed.

      1. 45 minutes.

      1. Get up out of bed, make basic notes any dreams I can recall.
      2. Read from a book on lucid dreaming or listen to Daniel Love's WBTB recording (you can find it on his Youtube channel, I have an audio downloaded)
      3. Lay down in a recliner chair
      4. Perform reverse blinking as I drift off

That last step is new to me. In the past, I would perform SSILD instead, with hit or miss results. I only recently learned about Reverse Blinking from reading older posts here at Dream Views. In the week since I've added RB to my routine, I've had four instances where I entered sleep paralysis and then from there entered the "vibrational state" and from there three of those times wound up as lucid dreams. One of those was quite short.

I know it doesn't work well for everyone, but Reverse Blinking has, so far at least, really proved to be a difference-maker to me.
