I can only suggest going back to the basics of dream recall. As soon as you can, as you are first aware of waking, lie very still and keep your eyes closed. Don't stress about not being able to instantly recall like you used to, but let your mind go blank and stay in neutral. If daytime thoughts pop into your head, gently dismiss them for the neutral open thought. If you get a feeling or snippet, just very casually try to expand it, but stay relaxed. Take some time. Wait for up to a full minute in this neutral state gently teasing a memory or two or of the blankness. Write down whatever you do recall, but see even the smallest fragments as progress, which it is from no recall. Don't worry about backwards steps where you remember nothing.
You will recover your recall. A similar thing has happened to me a few times. I just accept it as a natural ebb and flow.
