Was my experience a lucid dream or astral projection?

First off I'd like to explain a case which happened to me. This was during when i first read about lucid dreaming and astral projection.

I woke up around 4 AM then i went back to bed and i realized some mild vibrations around my chest region and i instantly found myself "out of my body" and my focus and conscious was extremely clear, nothing i ever experienced before and it lasted for about 20 seconds. I was in my room and i clearly saw the TV and nothing was out of ordinary as i remember and i suddenly went back to normal mind state as i realized my focus is inside my body again.

I've read that Astral projection is when i can see a silver colored line between my physical and astral body that's why I'm not sure how to classify my experiment, but this was hyper realistic and nothing out of ordinary to consider this as a "dream" as i had lucid dreams before and there were always some "off" such as i saw a toilet inside my room and i felt my experiences out of control, but in this case i was 100% conscious and i felt like i can control my mind.

Probably a lucid dream. I'm guessing it's a WILD. WILD dreams can be more vivid than other types of dreams (at least from what i've read). I had my first WILD which happened accidentally, just like yours. I got up after feeling vibrations and everything looked perfect. Everything but one thing. The lighting was just a bit off(my room was a bit brighter and it was supposed to be pitch black). Theres always subtle differences, even if it looks like real life exactly.

The truth is always in the mirror. If it is night and you can see a reflection is a dream. If your eyes in the mirror are weird it's a dream. If you can enter inside the mirror it's a dream. If you enter and you are teleported somewhere else it's a dream.
