So I became lucid this morning...

Let me first explain how it happen, I saw the characters in my dreams act weir suddenly I said to my self It is a dream. I did this about 5-6 times this morning. The problem is no attaining lucidity, is remembering what I set out to do while I am lucid. During my lucidity I decided I would walk around and just observe my surroundings which increase my time being lucid every character I ran into looked like a doll none of them had good enough features to resemble a human being up close. Anyway I had about 5-6 lucid dreams with all of them ending prematurely because my surroundings where acting crazy because they became aware I was lucid dreaming. I totally forgot I was doing this to confront my reoccurring nightmare.

      I have some questions:

How do you keep your surrounding from going bananas once you become lucid? It seems they react with mear thoughts and they become ballistic if you so much alter the surroundings too much.

How do you remember what you are set out to do? It seems that you get a very large doze of amnesia when you become lucid this happens almost every time I became lucid.

I believe there are five main skills in being a sucessful lucid dreamer, from your comments you have the first two
      1) Recall
      2) Triggering
as you claim that you became lucid many times and can remember it clearly
you are basically asking about a few of the remaining skills
      3) Stabilization
      4) Prospective Memory
      5) Control

of these your main concern seems to be Prospecive Memory, remembering what to do in the dream. For this you should use a combination of day and night work.

The day work would involve reality testing, and the night work would involve visualization

Not just in some random way, but rather in a coordinated one.

Every time you do your reality check you should go thru a list of goals in order
I will choose the reality check and the first two specific goals and suggest the latter ones

You should count your fingers on one hand. When you do this you will count off five goals:
the first goal will be to focus on your hand. So as you count your first finger say I will focus on my hand, as you count your second finger say I will use verbal commands,
for the third finger you will choose something simple like jumping in the air and falling slowly, for the fourth something like flying, and for the final finger some type of desired control in my example it will be to transform someone/some-thing into a hot girl.

Whatever goals you chose you should always count them in order during your day work.
      1-focus 2-commmand 3-jump 4-fly 5-transform

so goals 1 and 2 are for stabiliztion and 3-5 are for control

one way to develop prosepective memory is to have a trigger for reality checking by day, and changing the trigger each day. So for the first day you will do this when ever you walk thru a door, the next day when ever you see a cat, the next day when ever you see a bright red car, the next whenever you see police/police-car etc. In this way you will be training yourself to remember to reality check (the same check the same five goals) but to different triggers. This way when you are in the dream and become lucid you will be more likely to remember you have to do these five things.

For your night work you will use visualization, you will reall a recent lucid dream and then remember the exact point you became lucid, at this point you will visualize that you bring up your hand and as you count, you focus on your hand (the first goal) you count off the remaining goals and when done your first goal is already complete. Now you imagine that you use the verbal command, such as 'Clarity Now' or 'Increase Realism' or whatever, next you imagine that you jump and fall slowly or hang in the air. Next that you fly. Then move on to the final goal.

after this use visualization again on a dream you remember but didn't become lucid in. But imagine that you notice something that wasn't right from the dream and become lucid, then go thru the steps, focus and count off, then do each of the goals in this remembered dream scape.

So for the final step I have chosen for you to create the hot girl or whatever, for this you can take advantage of the reverse of stabilization. The fact that in dreams things change. You claim that your DC look like dolls, so in practice you will imagine that you are looking at one of these dolls as you remember it. [The best way to control things in dreams is with expectation, where you believe that something is going to happen and it does, much as you currently believe that your DCs will be unrealistic, or become more so and they do]. But in your night work and in the lucid you will instead suggest to the dream what is to happen.

As you look at the doll, you say to it, 'Wow the way you are looking at me, and those eyes so amazing', you begin to tell the doll 'you are so beautiful' , 'you're so sexy', 'is that perfume I smell bomb shell?', 'your lips look so soft, so full', 'your hair looks so silky, so shiny', 'you are so thin'

The idea here is that you will tell the doll these things even if it is blury, fat, ugly and stinks.

You will treat the doll as if it were what you want it to be. Even if at first the doll does nothing but stand there resuolutley blurry etc, you will act as if it is changing, drawing it close, running your fingers thru her hair (even if she is a bald doll, just pretend), kissing it gently.

The idea is that if you treat it as a doll that is interested in you, and that it is a good looking, good smelling, sexy babe it will become one.

Practice variations of this such as you imagine you're in the forest in a dream and spot a tree. You become lucid, and you talk to the tree, telling it that you know a hot wood nymph is hiding in the tree, or it is pretending to be a tree 'you don't fool me, you're not a tree you're a hot wood nymph, I know you are...' as before in practice and in the lucid dream don't be discouraged if the change isn't immediate.

In the end experience is the most imprtant thing in Lucid Dreaming, even if your doll / tree in your next lucid where you recall this stuff from practice and visulization, only inproves a bit you will begin to expect to have more control, and gain more experience, recalling and completing goals.

Finally I suggest a solution to unruly DC, as you say that yours go wild. If you want to remove something from a dream, do the reverse of coaxing it into becoming what you want by focusing on it and encouraging it to become what you want.
If you have a nasty mean DC, just turn away from it and ignore it, even if it is punching you in the back of the head, just keep ignoring it, it will dissapear. Things you foucus on should become more central and act as you expect/encourage them to be. Likewise ignored things should diminish/dissapear.

Thank you for all the Info, I've tried your advice and shouting "scream lucidity" does work in a dream. I've been having a dry spell ever since this lucid dream. But I am certain with more practice I'll do it again and I'll apply the techniques you've mention.

      Thank you for replying

In my lucid yesterday morning I was trying to induce a nice girl, but all the DC were looking more and more like male nomes, I did manage to stop one from turning from female tho she still looked a bit nomish
