Thread: How many lucid dreams have you had?

I lost count, so I don't know for sure. However, I know my LD count reached 1000 on December 20th, 2015. If I have averaged one LD a night since then, which is fairly likely, my present LD count would be at 1567.

It would be impossible to say. I set my LD count at 2500ish because that seems right for good lucids that I would remember in the morning. Add in many more moments each night when I enter a conscious state while asleep, but do not enter an actual dream, or am at a fairly low level of awareness. The obvious trick is to keep trying for all the years you have left. My count is over about 30 years.

Not really counting, but I think between 10-15 since starting to work on LD'ing last March (2017). First one was a DILD, but have only been able to have WILDs using Galantamine and Choline/Alpha GPC at WBTB since then.
