Effect of Vitamin B12 on dream recall

Hi all,

I have a vitamin B12 deficiency that has gotten very low in the past few months (haven't been able to go to the doctor).

Due to my deficiency, I can't naturally absorb the vitamin so I have to get injections - does anyone else have this same problem? If so, have you noticed a steep decline in dream recall as your amounts lower?

I certainly have, as I'm able to remember a fragment of the dream after waking but then it's gone.

I'm going to get my injections today, so I will update on how it affects my recall!

Yeah, Vitamin B6 & B12 are beneficial for dream recall and dream vividity.
