      How should I change my sleep schedule in regards to LD'ing?

      So normally I sleep at around 1:30, and wake up at 5:40, to try and LD. I usually am too tired and end up passing out shortly after to try anything meaningful. How can I adjust my schedule to work around LD'ing?
