Sounds like you're having a dryspell. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any quick fix for such. All one can do is endure it, and keep motivated. |

So I'm having a phase where I cannot remember my dreams hardly and when I do I never go lucid like usual. I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this. Ps I already meditate regularly |

“I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge. That myth is more potent than history. That dreams are more powerful than facts. That hope always triumphs over experience. That laughter is the only cure for grief. And I believe that love is stronger than death.”-Robert Fulghum

I'm with you-- also currently experiencing a recall/lucid dry spell. For me, this happens when I become too stressed and unfocused. Usually I either have to force focus on lucid dreaming (which may not be the healthiest route), or give myself a break until I overcome whatever it is that is occupying so much of my energy in the real world. |
