Tips for intermediate lucid dreamers

Have you got any tips for intermediate lucid dreamer? I've been practicing lucid dreams on/off for about a year or so and managed to get about 30 LDs. Have you got any tips that could boost my progres? T Thanks a lot!

Without anything specific, I can only really say don't give up, keep dream journaling, and do reality checks during the day. If you get a solid grasp of the fundamentals, your speed of progress will vastly increase.

Don't be afraid to take a break now and then also. It's hard to keep the motivation high all the time and motivation is the key, so once in a while just step back and enjoy dream journaling. Also, what make a huge difference for me was adding supplements to my technique. I use Wake back to bed with visualization and I also use Galantamine. I only do this one day on the weekend and I am successful almost 100% of the time (if my motivation is high enough). Also my lucid dreams went from a few minutes in length to about 20 minutes of more.
