      A book!

My freind and I realized that reading before bedtime (or in general for that matter) may spawn more vivd dreams.
We concluded that instead of watching TV & having the images shown to you, that when you read your mind and imagination have to step it up a notch and create visions for itself. In return making your dreams more vivid.
      Any thoughts?

I have so many books to read it will take me two years to read them all.
Anyway, I gave my freind a book " Pawns dream", the people in his dreams are people who are also dreaming, but he is in there dream. So basically you would be dream characters to your own dream characters. Sounds odd but if you think about it a little????????????

I think you are on to something. When you watch the TV (a.k.a. mind numbing insideous device), your mind is in idle.

Reading requires your imagination to kick in and provide input. Wish I had more time to read before bed! =(

      Curse you Television!

I think I'll have to try reading before bed tonight.
These are the tears that I dream about...

This is indeed true. Because of the process of reading and where the information is stored it is very possible for what you read to affect your dreams. Even if it's just the general theme presented a completely unrelated mannor.

A trick among us photoreaders (the ability to read at above 25,000 wpm) who know how to lucid dream is this:

We photoread a book and dream about it.

I did an experiment with this a couple of days ago in which I photoread Steven Kings IT three times before I went to bed. It was really a fun dream.

It was doing what he IT does and then Jason and Chucky came along. Freddy didn't conme though cause I already beat his ass in a previous lucid dream to affirm my supreme control over my dreams.

Also, reading a chapter in a bok and then reviewing the material in your dream is also possible.

Personally I'll photoread a book, go to the museum in my head, touch the book and instantly know everything that is in it.

But that's super ubber photoreading lucidreaming godlike skills that you haev to know da bidness to accomplish.

      Heh heh heh

Lay it on a little thicker why don't you?

I don't think they caught a hint of your Ữber dominance in the forum next door.
The best times of your life should not be when you're still so young, or else you'll live a life always dreaming of the past.
