Help with LDing

Can you guys help me with LDing? When I read most books about lucid dreaming it's kinda hard to understand the way it's written, I'm only a kid, can you guys explain techniques easier?

Its kinda hard to explain in one post! Thats asking a lot! The entire site is at your disposal for learning about Lucid Dreaming. Long story short, its simply knowing that you're dreaming. We strive to learn how to use this to gain control of our dreams. The easiest technique would be the DILD or Dream Induced Lucid Dream, which is realizing you're dreaming while your dreaming. Just try to make a habit of asking yourself in waking life the question "Am I dreaming?" and do reality checks, like trying to poke your finger through your hand. I'm afraid I can't get it much simpler than that
