      Am I Ready?

I'm very interested in trying to be lucid in a dream, and i have experienced this before in a dream by realizing that it was a dream, but i completely lost control seconds after because of my grief that overwhelmed me(my cousin died horribly). Right now im trying this dream recall and i seem to be doing pretty good as im remembering 4-5 dreams a night. Also, i write a about a page length of description about those 4 or 5 dreams.

Last night i was so close in acheiving lucidity as i happened to be in a jewelry store and there were watches in there. i wanted one, but then i saw something else that i wanted more. I even looked in a mirror/window and saw myself!(i was somebody else actually). I think i acheived Low-level lucidity(not sure) as i knew what was going on and i was doing what i wanted to do, but was just going with the flow of the dream.

For example i could run super speed, but i was running backwards and at the same time of running i was blowing up/setting on fire objects in the street/neighborhood that i felt like setting on fire. What do you guys make of this and do you think that i'm ready for lucid dreaming?

Anytime you achieve dream awareness and control at any level you are achieving lucidity.
