      Blurriness and consciousness while dreaming

      Whenever I'm dreaming (non-lucid) I see everything with a blurry vision. I can also feel that I'm in my bed, while I'm dreaming, like I know that it's just my mind "playing on it's own". Is it any way to remove the fact that I feel my own body in bed when I'm dreaming?

      erm if u know ur dreaming try focusing on the dreams contents not only will it make it clear to you it will stebalize it and make u get more involved like try holding something fixing you eyes on something perhaps the ground feeel it..this wil take ur mind of the sensation of ur sleeping body

      Hi Jork!

      It sounds to me like you may be a light sleeper. You didn't indicate how old you were or anything, but if you are 18, I'd suggest going out and purchasing some melatonin. It should help you sleep more soundly.

      yajks... i hate pills. Like to keep things natural. But then one could argue whats natural, and it differate from person to person. So if you take a pill it should be okay... (What the hell was my point)
