      Doesn't alcohol inhibit REM state?

Yes, as far as I remember alcohol cause some trouble with dreaming like waking up frequently in night and trouble with going back to sleep. I never been drunk so I can't say if that's really true. Maybe it's individual thing.

Ok that failed hard lucid dreaming wise, i was so out of it when i woke up at 6am that i was dreaming while awake... i was trying to do a SSILD which took 1 hour to complete because i kept day dreaming... and the day dreams acted like normal dreams but i could still feel myself in bed... i was too out of it to remember to do a RC.. and another thing i kept getting distracted by voices... voices were everywhere! when i finished my ssild i could not get to sleep for 2 hours because of the loud voices... people talking... laughing... it was like i was at another party.. except i was still awake in my own bed. now that i think about it i was probably in a FA... i just couldnt get to sleep.. i dont see how i could have been hearing those voices... i could hear them while my eyes were open.. my mind is usually very loud but its usually me thats doing the thinking...

and the pill i took was a multivitamin.. it contained a LOT of vitamins.. lots of vitamin Bs magnesium calcium and like 100 other things it says on the bottle... it was a swisse mens multivitamin

Sorry, but did you really expect alcohol and vitamins to give you a lucid dream?

That's just a bad idea all around. LDing is more than just laying down, down some supplements and get lucid. It's suppose to be a wonderfull experience. When you drunk out of your mind, how do you want to accomplish that. You suppose to be more aware when WILDing, not less. And for DILD, alcohol inhibits dreams and memory.

Please have some respect to our underage members and not post about alcohol as lucid anything.

      Locked.
