How many hours of sleep is recommened for Lucid Dreaming?

I'm curious as to know. I usuallu go to sleep at 2:00 AM and wake up around 12:00 PM. IS that good? or should i go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. I'm not sure what to do...

hmmm...what i've heard about sleep is that you're most likely to become lucid if you keep regular sleeping times. so if you go to bed at 12 on a regular basis then that adds to your chances of becoming lucid. the only time where you need a specific amount of sleep is when you're going to use the WBTB (wake back to bed) method. you need 6 hours of sleep for that one and then you wake up completely for 20min then go back to sleep. i've heard that people have a lot of success with that one.
