      first lucid dream good level of control??

      i had my first lucid dream a while ago when i noticed my cousin had the face of a guy on myth busters. the first thing i did was make my dining room table into a chair. i didnt visualize. i just put a little force into my hands and i watched it slowly shrink and morph into a chair.

      For your first lucid dream, I'd say that this is not bad control. The amount of dream control you have is determined by the ability to change the content of your dream in whatever you wish.

      First lucids are the best because you usually haven't screwed up your brain with all the "Can I do it's?" and "Uh,oh, I'm lucid am I gonna wake up?" thoughts yet.

      well my true first, i dont call it one was because i woke up right away but i did nothing at all. at that time i didnt even know what a lucid dream was.

      hey..that's kinda like my first.

      It was weird enough, that when combined with a movie that had a lucid dream in it the night after, the coincidence led me to check it out.

      Even if it only lasted a matter of seconds (or minutes), you still exhibited more control then a lot of people do in their first few lucid dreams. My first lucid dream consisted of my running through a super market (for no apparent reason I may add), then seeing a scary looking girl and waking up. So yeah man, I'd be pretty happy with it.
