For your first lucid dream, I'd say that this is not bad control. The amount of dream control you have is determined by the ability to change the content of your dream in whatever you wish. |

i had my first lucid dream a while ago when i noticed my cousin had the face of a guy on myth busters. the first thing i did was make my dining room table into a chair. i didnt visualize. i just put a little force into my hands and i watched it slowly shrink and morph into a chair. |

Even if it only lasted a matter of seconds (or minutes), you still exhibited more control then a lot of people do in their first few lucid dreams. My first lucid dream consisted of my running through a super market (for no apparent reason I may add), then seeing a scary looking girl and waking up. So yeah man, I'd be pretty happy with it. |
