Lucid Dream while taking a nap, Is this possible?

Hey guys, I was wondering if taking a nap and having a lucid dream during the day is possible. I don't know about this but I've read information about Lucid Dreaming. Is it quite possible for having a lucid dream while you take a nap during the day?

Yes, in fact to my knowledge, you have a better chance having a lucid dream during a nap, something to do with reaching the REM cycle faster, I think. I'm not so sure. But I know it's very much possible

I'd wait for one of the dreamers more knowledgeable in that matter.

Definitely. I LD a lot when I nap. I have found that it is better for LD'ing to not nap in front of the T.V. though.

You will almost always REM when napping. The Uberman sleep schedule is based off this. It consists of only REM sleep for the whole day (6, 20 minute naps).

My dreams are more lucid during a nap, especially an afternoon nap. However, if I just have a shut eye for around 30 minutes or so, I just don't dream. I ought to have a nice 3 - 4 hour nap.
