      I'm not completely Lucid

I have had passed dreams where i would think "Hey I'm Dreaming! I can do Whatever I want!" Then i just fallow along with the dream, maybe doing something to affect the dream, but still doing whatever the dream was befor. I can never remember any of my challenges, or anything from the real worl for that matter.... Any Help? Should i use a Mantra?

Well, since you're actually acknowledging on some level that you are dreaming, that's excellent progress! What I would suggest would be to keep doing what you're doing and add one thing: decide exactly what you want to do ahead of time. Write it down and try to remind yourself of what that is throughout the day and especially go over your plan again before you go to sleep. Then, make it a point to act on your plan as soon as you become lucid. Say something like "I'm dreaming and I'm going to XYZ now!"

Also, another thing that can help (if you remember, but that will just take practice) is when you become lucid, increase the clarity of the dream. Demand more clarity by shouting out your desire, and/or try rubbing your hands together or against a wall or something else in the dream, focus on the feeling of walking, or take a good look around the dream and more firmly establish your place in the dream.

Again, it will just take practice, but you're on the right track! Best of luck

Yup, as Ame said you are on the right track! You could try to start RCing and take a moment to "stabilize" in waking, so that when it happens in a dream, you will do it too and get more vividness or more clarity, that way it will be easier to remember stuff, or at least to not follow the dream plot if you don't want to lol

Lol thanks guys, but even though i have been inactive on the forum, I have been LDin' for like 3 ta 4 years.... I have Been doing good, and i can do whatever i want. I usually can do anything, but the one problem i ALWAYS have is that I just don't remember things.... Like if i planned (During the day) do catch a duck, once in the dream, i don't remember anything.

I know how to increase the clarity, RC, and all that jazz, but i always have this problem

(PS. Last night i was able to remember stuff, except i was doing a WBTB so its normal)
