Well, since you're actually acknowledging on some level that you are dreaming, that's excellent progress! What I would suggest would be to keep doing what you're doing and add one thing: decide exactly what you want to do ahead of time. Write it down and try to remind yourself of what that is throughout the day and especially go over your plan again before you go to sleep. Then, make it a point to act on your plan as soon as you become lucid. Say something like "I'm dreaming and I'm going to XYZ now!" |
