      Spacebaba Workbook {^<+>^}

      This is my workbook.

      6:10pm RC. Asked myself "am I dreaming?", accompanied by finger palm and nose plug.

      Dream sign ive noticed through the past week/two weeks (pre class) is the topic of lucid dreaming. It has came up in numerous dreams ive had the past 2 weeks but for most of them it hasnt clicked yet. That is going to change! Other dream sign that occured in last nights dream, restaurants and food.

      I have also been mantra'ing throughout the day. This week "Watch the dream" has been on loop.

      Excellent! I am assuming you are going for both DILD and MILD? What I would really recommend is questioning your reality and generally just being aware of your surroundings, your body, and your own thoughts. Great progress so far(your lucid count)!

      Thanks forceez! I am going for DILD, MILD, WILD, anything of the sort. Last night I was going for DILD and MILD though. I didnt become lucid though. Thanks for the awareness advice, I practice random awareness and try to maintain it at all times, definitely awareness of thoughts because if I drift into a thought bubble in waking life I find its very similar to how I drift into dream. When I notice it I just catch myself with mantra "watch the dream". The body!! I am aware of my body! Thank you for reminding me of this.

      I would really recommend you choose one technique, or at least one primary technique, just so you can really dedicate yourself to it. Lucid dreaming a skill, just like any sport; if you chose to do 3 or 4 different sports without having the time to practice for each one of the, you would not be nearly as good as if you chose one or two sports and stuck to practicing those.

      Thank you forceez, this is something ive often had happen... ill get overwhelmed with option and try to juggle all of them and yea I agree.... im going to find my main focus now.

      Been a crazy week, I just graduated from my univ yesterday. I am very much still alive however. I have returned to my parents for the summer and although my focus has seemed to waver, it will remain strong and lit with the intent in my heart. This class is perfect for keeping me in check and allowing me to remain in touch with the source of my passion for LDing.


      I have been practicing RC's throughout the day. I have found my most frequent dream sign to be food. It seems to appear in most of my dreams at some point or another. I have also been mantraing with each bite, am, i ,dreaming, is, this , a , dream.

      I have been practicing MILDS some before bed, but my focus has not remained solid. I know there are no excuses necessary when trying to progress, I devote my conscious energy towards awakening inside the dream!

      I have kept my dream journal strong atleast, and have had 3+ dreams probably 4 or 5 nights this week. Some of my dreams have been (sort of false awakenings), I thought I had class and then realized it was summer and that was just a dream but I was still in some spot in the dream with a friend. Not aware that the dream had not ended. Also I have had some elements from previous nights dreams return in the following nights. such as words like "interneuron".. and they are accompanied by the thought "Oh, that was in my dream last night". But I didnt realize I was dreaming. I am also going to attempt DEILDs each night, between 4-6 hours after sleep. Thank you guys for staying with me!

      Congratulations on the graduation! Hopefully we will see more activity soon? If you notice that you have a lot of FAs, make sure you reality check whenever you wake up (that goes for naps and WBTBs, too!)

      Reality checking at meal times. Finger through palms and nose plug. Last night I had a lucid dream cigarette (referred to in the dream as calea Z. or galantamine). Didnt click though! I seem to get these signs pretty often but my awareness doesnt shift to conscious. Im going to WBTB MILD tonight.

      Night before last I had 2 lucid dreams!!! Not super clear, but very inspiring. I WBTB 4.5 hours, did MILD (visualized and repeated mantra "i am entering a lucid dream"). I drifted off and came back conscious of floating and relaxing. Started to float up. I think I was in a different bedroom than the one I was actually sleeping in. It was very dark though, I made one person appear and tried to make it more clear but I woke out of it quickly. THen it started to happen again and felt like I was floating up and over my head. I woke out of this too. I didnt do WBTB last night but I will attempt again. I have been RCing at times I eat, because food seems to come up in every dream lol!!!

      Thanks, no more LD's yet but food is a consistent element so im certain that if I keep associating RC with food It will happen.

      I've stepped up my MILD, now MILD'ing every night (mantra'ing "Tonight When I dream I will notice food and realize I am dreaming. When I see food I will do a RC and realize im in a dream") as well as visualizing the food and RC.

      Had steak last night.... in my dream. Food food food, I will continue to RC and I know it will carry over into dream. I am now mantra'ing throughout my day, "food dream aware". I tried a wbtb 2 nights ago, didnt have lucid. Ill attempt again. I am naturally waking up multiple times throughout the night now, and remembering more dreams.
