The last dream with no recall infuriates me, because I know I could've had it, but I was like: "You can write the dream down in the morning".

Question for you: at the end of your journal entry, you mentioned that you tried to "chain the dream". And then you said you may have succeeded. Were you lucid? Just wondering.
      No, I wasn't! >.<
In hindsight it could have been used to induce lucidity, but I just wanted the dream to continue.

Yeah, it's important that you write down your dream whenever you wake up, especially if you know that you will be lazy. Dream journalling really should not feel like a chore.

I didn't have time to write in the DV-Dreamjournal in the morning, so I did it just now. Also it's weekday so I don't get so much sleep. RC rate seems to be pretty good (although there are still some occasions, where I look at a clock and don't do one), but it seems that they got more hasty. I try to pay more attention to my surroundings and the RC itself for my future RCs.

The thing is, I actually enjoy writing in the journal, but when I lie in my bed and wake up, my laziness is drastically increased.

Also I had a weird experience when I was falling asleep. It seems that a dream scenario had already somewhat formed (I could see a beach at night and hear a person talking) when I remembered that I was still awake and then it was just gone. It was like a dream bubble just popped.

Sounds like the beginning of a dream! And that, sir, is how WILDs are done

I'm suprised that I was able to recall 3 dreams (Ok, 2 dreams and 1 fragment), because I had less sleep (Had to get up early). RC rate seems to be steady now, but I have to pay more attention.

Cool, I will look out for more of those 'dream bubbles'.

Oh cool Sandyman, that really does sound like the beginning of a WILD.

Now that you know what that feels like, you have something concrete to hold on to next time to help keep the bubble from popping.

Less sleep and therefore not so good dream recall. Nothing to special I guess, even the dreams were kinda generic (except the school that is a shopping mall). I'm a bit wondering, why the RCs aren't in my dreams (Maybe they are, but I can't remember them).

I don't really know how I should keep them from 'popping'. It's really weird, one moment I'm kinda in the dream, then I realize that I'm still awake and I'm just lying in the bed, with nothing but a vague memory of the experience in my mind.

Just one dream recalled (+a fragment) and I didn't hear my alarm clock for WBTB. I hope I get better results tonight, because I have more time to sleep.

Because of an incident in the last second (pretty late at night), I had to get up early and overslept, so no dream recall. But now is weekend and there is much time to sleep.

Sorry your recall got screwed up the other night. Hopefully you'll get more sleep this weekend and have better luck.

Alas I shall be working 20 hours this weekend :/

Recalled 1 dream tonight, there is one in the back of my mind, but I can't recall anything, only that I had a dream.

Recalled 4 dreams and missed one obvious dream sign. >.<
I'm still asking myself, how I could've missed that.

Haha that sucks. You mean the Lucid Dream Workshop thing in dream #3?

We're calling that Layer 0 major lucidity now. And you know, at least you're going in the right direction.

Man, I was sick and that wasn't really helpful for my dream recall. But sickness is away now, so hopefully more dreams to come.

Sick oh no, poor thing. I'm just getting over a nasty cold myself. It makes me wake up at weird times, coughing, and throwing my cycles and recall off. And at the same time, when I try to sleep in late, or get in a nap to make up for it, I can get some wild crazy recall and even lucids.

      Glad you're better now though.

Recovering my workbook from the abyss...

So, after a motivation downfall I'm back again. My goals stay the same (Haven't achieved any of them (besides the one dream recall) although I had some semi-lucid dreams).

Man! Almost zero sleep at the weekend, because of a party. Haven't made much RCs today, it'll hopefully increase over the course of the week(s) again.

      EDIT:
May be worth posting: I had a weird experience when going to sleep tonight. Could be because there was still alcohol in my blood, but once I closed my eyes I saw many images of faces or face parts (It was kinda visualization level seeing, if you know what I mean).

It could very well have been HI. Try to remember what that looked like and felt like, so you'll remember it and be able to lock onto it next time it happens.

Also, get your boodie-ass to bed and get some sleep already!

Remembered one fragment about a friend in a mall. Also RC rate goes up, but not really at a satisifying level.

I will, definitely get more sleep now, but this weekend was a special case.

I understand. Good luck tonight Sandyman, and don't forget to journal your dream, even if it was just a fragment.

Sorry, didn't have time to update yesterday, but I recalled one dream (yesterday) about me being on top of a conspiracy in a glass skyscraper.
Today I had a dream about me being on some sort of physics convention and there was a time machine. You had to enter a date and a timespan and then a flashlight appeared and you are in the entered time period. I didn't travel far though only one day into the future.
Recalled also a dream about going to party with my friends and not being able to get there.
All in all I had awesome dreams lately, too bad I couldn't recognize some obvious dream signs.

As for the RC rate: It could be better, I hope it goes up again.

Time travel, that's awesome. I don't think I ever have seen or used a time machine, lucid or otherwise.

Good job on the recall though.

Was able to recall 3 dreams:
One is about being at my neighbour's house and preparing for going to somewhere.
One is about 4 androids that can morph in a sort of hovering motorcycle while other monsters where fightin (This was more a observation dream) and
finally one about being in school again and preparing for a test (Actually a recuring dream (with some variations) I have every once in a while)

RC rate has been better today, but there is still room for improvement.

Glad to see your recall improving. And you're keeping up with the RCs like you should. I'm curious though, are you focusing on any particular induction methods? And how do you prepare for it every day?
