himynameisjames.. aka LeapOfFaith. This past year lucid dreaming has been on my mind, but it wasn't until a few weeks ago that I really started to do research on it. I'm glad I did because it led me here. Check out my "about me" section in my profile if you want to know more about my influences and why I got into researching dreams. |

Yes! I think that is one of the reasons why I am so interested in lucid dreams.. I had one really vivid one a few years back, but it was on accident. I remember waking up and realizing what had just happened, but I didn't know it was something that I could learn to control. I thought it happened just by chance. Now that I know it is something I can practice, I am more than motivated to learn all that I can about lucid dreams I'm so thankful that there are people like you out there that know what your doing that are willing to give their own time to teach... so thank you! |

Hey LeapOfFaith, I know you've been to some of the chat sessions. Good! Any updates to report? Any interesting dreams? Have you been making any progress with awareness? Have you noticed any dream signs that you'd like to jot down in here? Do you have any short/long-term goals for dream recall, awareness, or how many times you'd like to ultimately become lucid each month? In LaBerge's book, Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, he states that specific and/or numerical goals are good to have. And it's always good to challenge yourself! |
