      D's workbook

This is my workbook since I prefer to type, than write. I'm lazy. Won't be too much here because I like being private.

      RC's
      1. Plugging nose
      2. Finger through hand.
      3. Check my surroundings.

Hey dbee, welcome to the class!

Ophelia's more tactful than I am. I'll be the nosy one. How do you usually try to induce LDs? I see you use MILD/DILD/WILD, but care to give a bit more detail? Do you incubate dreams, use mantras, have you noticed a few dream signs, have you had any success with WILD? Have you tried any awareness techniques yet? Care to tell us what your first LD was like?

I put a sticker on my phone to do RC's and did them probably 20 times or more a day, but I realised it was my phone reminding me and not myself -so I scrapped it and started doing it myself off my own back.

Anyway my first lucid was really confusing as I was sort of DEILDing and had a few different lucids and each time I used experience from the last one so that it lasted longer. I.E. The first time I woke straight up (it was a FA anyway) so next time I tried to stay more calm...
