      Jack's workbook

      Reality checks

. Holding nose and blowing (great for trapped wind too)
      . Jumping up to fly
      . All day awareness

      Short term goals

      Improve recall noticebly and steadily
      Remember a lucid dream
Become aware of and document dream signs

      Long term goals

Become lucid and astral project at will
      Magickal memory
Navigate through different brain frequencies at will
Ivestigate and play around entire cosmos

      Current lucid dream history

Closed down memory when younger am working to regain now. Have a few fragments of dreams writen down, will document all i remember online now to keep track. Also doing othr forms of self-investigation so will be better prepared for "the dweller of the threshold" phenomina.

      Current technique.

Am focusing on WILD with a little wbtb.

Hey Jack, welcome to the Intro Class!

Nice workbook, looks like you're off to a good start. What do you mean that you closed down your memory when you were younger? Was it because of nightmares? You don't have to tell me, I was just curious.

Nice to have you join us

cheers, glad ta be here. I'm pretty open, if curious about anything feel free to ask. It's the least i can do wih ya taking time to share insights. I don't really remember haha, Well i guess it must of been. I don' have many early memories currently.

1 thing do remember doing when little, is this kinda ritual process of imagining captain hook, thinking of him on his way...then boom by the side of my bed. I kind of built the fear up till mr Hook popped in. I would guess as a form of release, i'm uncertain.

Apart from that i used to "talk to a man who wasn't there" and see video game characers/monsters.

It's only the errrr "captain hook "(from Peter Pan movie) i remember being distressed from, though maybe i'll remember more.

Just curious if you've read the WILD tutorials by Sageous in the Tutorial and Resource section, they are pretty good. If not here's the first http://www.dreamviews.com/f156/wild-...p-part-131815/

Have now, nice one! Some interesting ideas in there, i havn't came across before. Was gonna give a link to a post about "all day awareness" by a dude by name of "Yoshi" something, but couldn't find it.. It's basically being aware of all senses 24/7, like sensation of clothes, stuff in periphery of vision as much as possible. Sounds a pretty usefull tech to me, thought i'd mention incase you havn't came across it.
