      Post JayZen's Workbook

      Reality Checks:
      - Plugging my nose and trying to breath
      - Remembering how i came to my location
      - Counting Fingers

      Dream Signs:
      - My friend JD
      - My childhood house
      -

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Getting over fear of SP
      - Becoming lucid
      - Control my dreams

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Being able to lucid dream once a week
      - Being able to have conversations with DC's
      - I want to fully understand the dreamworld...

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - I have very good dream recall. Started having DJ 2 months ago and now i can write a page or more every day, and remember my dreams even after waking to use washroom. I can remember 2 dreams per night about once a week. I Have had a lucid dream 3 times, once was in the army after sleep deprivation week, day 6 no sleep i fell asleep in a trench and had a lucid dream. When i was a child i might have had many but can atleast remember one. And i had one 3 months ago by accident.

      Current Technique:
      - All my lucid dreams have been by complete accident, and have started to do DJ's and RC's to attempt more lucid dreams.

Hey there, congrats on the LDs you already had! Sleep deprivation can really lead to some crazy dreams, including lucids. I don't know how far you've read into the Lessons yet, but when you get to WBTB, you might find it helpful. By waking up early, you are in essence a bit "sleep deprived" which allows you to get right back to sleep. But you're also somewhat more aware from having woken up, that you're more likely to induce a lucid dream. Easily 90% of my lucid dreams occur after a WBTB of some sort.

Anyway, glad you started your journal, definitely keep that up. It helps with recall, as well as finding more dream signs to help you become lucid more often.

Hey welcome to the intro class!

Chat times can be seen in here: http://www.dreamviews.com/intro-clas...imes-logs.html
And chat time poll here: http://www.dreamviews.com/intro-clas...-dva-chat.html

If you can't make it then, or want to go on chat at a random time, you can still do so. There is a channel called #LucidDreaming where you can talk about dreaming/lucid dreaming stuff, most of the time someone will be able to answer your questions if you have any

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
