      Welcome to Intro Class, Zac!

You indeed have great sleep habits, this should be very helpful for both your recall and lds.

I know the solution to the problem is to just simply believe I can open my eyes, but I guess frustration gets the better of me in dreams and so I just kind of try to force my eyes open with all my strength, resulting in waking up.

I will practice fixing this, and report what happens. If any of you have any other suggestions I would love to hear them!
I'm sure you will be able to overcome this issue. One thing that has really helped me is to realize that actually there are no eyelids that you need to open and also that you can see just as well by looking through your supposedly closed eyelids. Just stare ahead and you will start distinguishing the features of the background.
