      SuperDuckMan's Workbook

      Reality Checks:
      - Pinch nose shut and breathe
      - Remembering how I got to current location
      - Counting fingers

      Dream Signs:
      - Dads. For some reason, dad have been in my dreams in a random place twice so far. It's never any dads I personally know, but somehow I'll instinctively know they're dads. Always multiple dads, never just one.

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Better dream recall
      - Lucidity

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Talk to my subconscious
      - Conquer my fears

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - Pretty bad dream recall, looking to improve it

      Current Technique:
      - MILD

Welcome to the class and DV, Superduckman!

That's an interesting dream sign. Do you think it relates somehow to any thoughts you may have during the day, maybe conversations with others?

I've been thinking about my dad lately. My relationship with my mother isn't great, so I've been thinking about what a cool guy he is compared to her. Probably sounds sappy, but yeah. I've only thought about dads in two dreams though, so I wouldn't put too much importance in it. Also, do you mind if I deviate from the curriculum a little bit? I'm getting into things like dream cartography, I'd like to post them here.

Not at all. I think it will make your workbook even more inspiring. Looking forward to seeing it.

I've decided to start practising all day awareness, let's see how it goes!

Edit: I've decided to start by trying to always be aware of any feeling in my feet and the small breeze on my arms as I walk. Baby steps

Edit 2: This is harder than I thought, I can't be aware of the sensory input between my toes, on my soles, in my arms, and do regular tasks at the same time. I'll cut it down to trying to always be aware of sensation on the bottom of my feet, specifically when I walk. I'll hopefully do that until it becomes second nature then I can add more stuff.

Edit 3: Even trying to feel my feet is hard especially since I'm sitting down most of the time. I'm going to go even simpler and just attempt to feel my tongue in my mouth all the time and my teeth against my lips. I'll still do five minute sessions where I look around and try to take in every sensation I'm experiencing, but the mouth thing is the main thing.

This awareness stuff really works! I've remembered 6 dreams today, though three didn't have much detail, but I'm still proud. Three of the dreams were also very barely lucid, so that's great! I would've liked much more lucidity since the dream didn't stabilise or anything and I only had a few seconds of lucidity in each dream. The fact that my first lucid dream was much clearer than a normal dream and I was essentially God makes these three lucids seem disappointing in comparison, but I feel like it's a big step in the right direction.

That's great! Keep up the good work!

What would you say was the issue with those latest lds, was it that your awareness was not as desired or that the dreams themselves were less stable?

      At any rate, great progress!

Thanks! The issue was kind of both of them, my awareness was extremely foggy, and the dreams themselves were somewhat incoherent and I kept jumping from location to location without realising.
