Man the LD counters on some members are crazy. Like 2000 or something. I have question for those members. Is there a certain way you go about having LD?(I don't mean solely on technique. Because the techniques aren't 100% for everyone) Or is it all by luck? I'm trying to have my first LD and am trying to get advice for the pros here. Thanks. |

Thats not crazy... most naturals have 10k+ anyway. |

This is interesting, Walms. I never thought about doing a RC that lasts a long time. I'll sure give it a try tomorrow, thanks for the info. |

Yea last night I can remember that I had at least 6 dreams. And the last one had to have been like 30 minutes long and the one before that was pretty long. So we definatly dream more than once a night, but it might seem like its all put togther. In reality its all during seperate rem periods. |

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

Lmao! It's dedication, and some people here are natural LDers, too. |

'The petals dance through the wind,
The crimson blood shimmers on the snow,
The shattered heart weeps of hidden sorrow.
And over a pure white sky,
rises a black moon.'

Not really better than DJ or any other technique, that is just the way I do it. But yeah, for me RC beats other techniques. |

Yeah, most naturals have just been conditioned into having them, over the years. Of course there is some dedication involved, though. I almost lost my ability, when I was growing up, but I got interested again, when I found DV. My LD count is just since my time here, but you can see how people who have been doing it, since they were children, can have had 1,000's of lucid dreams. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Have questions about lucid dreaming? DM me.
Read up on REM cycles. Being woken up in the middle of the night has nothing to with it. When you sleep you have phases of sleep and cycles of sleep. You enter different phases at different times and might go through a sleep cycle over and over again in one night. During parts of these cycles in some of the phases, you dream. REM sleep is the phase where dreaming is most prevelant. Since this process repeats itself you can enter a dream state and leave it and enter a dream state and leave many times in one night without ever being woken up. |
