Welcome, Vlad. With practice you can get those stats up again, it'll just take some time. What anchor are you using right now? A good one is to use external ambient noise, like a running fan, or static from a clock radio. |

Hey everyone. My name is Vlad and I'm just a teenager. After watching Matrix, I decided to have a lucid dream and then, on my first night, I managed to have a semi-lucid dream for some seconds. |

So far I've used pain and breath. I will try to use the clock from now on, as breath didn't work for me and pain is not enough. Thanks for the advice! |

Yeah, I use an external noise anchor from time to time. Usually a running fan, but I have also used music/tv on a low volume. Both worked out well. Just make sure that the noise isn't too distracting and keeps you "connected" to your waking body. Like Raph said, just keep practicing and you will be able to get back into lucid dreaming with regularity. Good luck to you! |

Well, at my first LD, it was only of some seconds, but now I just had an LD where I remembered some minutes. I think it was because as soon as I entered the dream I was semi-lucid, I knew something was wrong, and some seconds later I managed to find out it was a dream. |
