MILD can be combined with any other technique. The key aspects of MILD are one's mindset, mantras, and fully believing that they will have an LD. Between MILD and DEILD, both give lucids, but DEILD may be harder to set up, since it involves staying still after waking up; this may require a bit of practice. However, I'd suggest going with both at first, just to see how they work.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

So could I combine MILD wtih DEILD. I mean when I will go to sleep at the evening and do MILD and after some hours set alarm and do DEILD? Could I do that? Or It will be bad to do few techniques at once? So can I do MILD and later DEILD? Or I need to stick to 1 technique, and maybe even master It?
