Thread: Eyes open without control before SP?

Whenever I get close to SP, like starting to get paralyzed up to the shoulders and HI are taking form, My eyes open.

`I can feel them, but they look like the insides of my eyes still, the HI are still there, but each time I try to close them they open up. I know I can't enter like that because it hurts so bad and tears start rolling down my face.

HOW do I stop this, am going to try again tonight, need ideas for a sleep mask that has worked for someone else. THANKS
