      Feel body while Lucid Dreaming?

      Last night, the moment I thought I was dreaming, I realized I was able to feel my own body in bed. It makes me think that instead of dreaming that I was in a very conscious and imaginative thought process while barely awake. Is that what Lucid Dreaming is like?

      I never had one, but i dont think it is, i think you had a sleep paralysis like me.

      But in sleep paralysis, aren't you also imagining that you're in your own bed? What happened to me was I was in a regular kind of dream but I could feel my body on my actual bed while inside my dream.

      Yeah, I've had lucid dreams where I've had a sense of my physical body.

      IDK if this is what you are talking about but several times if my lucid dream is starting to fade I can feel both my real body and my dream body. This does not always mean my dream is over though, I can usually get back into the lucid If I touch or grab things with my dream body and ignore my real body. If I move my real body even a little bit though, it is over.
      LD Goals: [x]=succeed [-]=working on or almost
      sex[x] flying[x] meeting Justin Bieber[-] go to space[x] hallucinate[-] be an air bender with Aang[ ] become a transformer and be able to instantly change into an autobot[ ] fly to the moon[x] fight master chief[ ] Be an animal going to a people zoo[ ] Go to a theater in the 1920's and watch the premiere of a silent Charlie Chaplin film[ ] Meet Albert Hoffman and consume a huge dose of LSD with him[ ] Be rolling while DJing massive rave[-]

      i had a dream once like that, you might have preformed a VILD (visualizion induced lucid dream)
